A departmental assessment for litigation support and practice management achieves three fundamental objectives. First, we help the firm set expectations for department capabilities, the involvement of outside resources, and the management of both. Second, we help the firm realize more cost-effective outcomes, either through maximizing cost recovery initiatives, utilizing more time-efficient methodologies, or improving vendor cost control.
