Understand and Benchmark the Value of IT Services 

The Technology Scorecard assesses a firm’s technology systems and services against IT best practices and Baker Robbins’ proprietary benchmark database of over 40 law firms to determine levels of effectiveness, value, and risk, and establishes recommendations for improvements.

We collect spending and staffing level information from each firm using the same guidance.  This allows us to make objective comparisons across firms, while also assessing where spending and staffing levels may deviate amongst firms by IT service area.
